1) Target by goal

• Facilities/Cap Ex: NJ Phase 2 (up to $20k, 9/30), PA CCFF (10/31), CT Emergency Facilities (ongoing), IN Infant & Toddler Facilities Upgrades (up to $50k, ongoing).

• Program quality & staffing: NE Quality Improvement (ongoing), CO Workforce Investment (ongoing).

• Literacy & learning: OH BK Literacy (LOI 10/08, due 10/29), STEM Equity (in-kind; ongoing).
