As a daycare owner and teacher for over 15 years, I know the challenges that can arise from taking care of our most precious resources, our children. I also know that so often, daycare providers not only need but deserve that motivation and recognition that inspires them to be great! I decided to get educated in curriculum/instruction, educational leadership, special education, and business administration (Yes, I became a little addicted to college). Still, I took this path not only to enhance my knowledge but also to share my resources and training to help other daycare owners like yourself thrive.
