Grants of up to $2,000 to USA small back-owned businesses for financial support and growth. Funding is intended to help strengthen these brick-and-mortar businesses and thereby promote diversity in the American business environment. Grantees can use the funds for salaries, rent, operating costs, community activities, or to build their customer base.

Grants of up to $50,000 to Wisconsin municipalities, Tribal entities, government agencies,
and private developers for rural economic and community development projects. Eligible
activities include infrastructure investment, construction, demolition, historic preservation,
building renovation, and building relocation.

Financial assistance to New Jersey nonprofit corporations and small, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses to help offset operating costs. Assistance may be used for working capital or fixed assets. Eligible businesses have been in operation for at least one full year, and nonprofits for at least three full years.
