Applicants must demonstrate a financial need, a commitment to remaining in business, and an inability to cover expenses requested through business income, savings, or remaining OEC Stabilization Funding (if awarded).

Grants of up to $10,000 to Wisconsin childcare providers in eligible locations to promote workforce development and improve services. Funding is intended to expand and retain the local childcare workforce. The goal of the grant program is to help licensed childcare providers enhance their services and facilities. The CSBG Program seeks to add or retain childcare slots in Sun Prairie, as an effort to ensure that the community’s childcare supply can keep up with its increasing need for more slots.

Grants to Iowa counties and cities for projects that address community needs. Funding is intended to benefit low-income residents. The purpose of this program is to provide assistance for a range of projects, programs, and services, such as senior centers, daycare facilities, vocational workshops, and other community services such as stormwater projects. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds are available on an annual basis to cities and counties through the state of Iowa’s Community Facilities Fund.

The purpose of the program is to help foster entrepreneurial growth for Black business owners and facilitate their success as sellers. Successful applicants have the opportunity to receive financial support, business guidance and mentorship, and marketing and promotional support.
