    If you are feeling a little stuck or need advice of an entire provider community, our Live monthly Q & A sessions will help you feel more confident and prove that you are not alone in your business.   • How do I renew my membership?
    Members can renew their membership by simply going to the Standout Plans page.
  • Who can join Standout Daycare?
    We encourage all childcare providers who operate an in-home daycare, childcare center, or preschool.

  • What is the monthly fee for joining Standout Daycare?
    We offer our members a basic membership subscription for a monthly investment of $24.99, and we offer an annual plan for a $180 investment saving $119.88. Sign up for a plan option today!
  • I forgot my username and password. How do I find it?
    If you are an active member, retrieving your username and password is simple. Go to the member login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link, and the website will send you a reset link to the email used to set up your account. If you cannot log in to your account, contact customer support at info@standoutdaycare.com.
  • Do my membership benefits take effect immediately?
    Yes, your membership benefits are available as soon as you join Standout Daycare.
  • What if I have questions not answered in the FAQs?
    If you have questions that are not answered, you can submit your questions on our contact page via our contact form, or you can email customer support at info@standoutdaycare.com.
  • How do I change the banking information that will be used when my membership automatically renews?
    Members can update the payment method on an active recurring subscription by logging in to your site and going to the My Subscriptions section of the Members Area. You can then select the relevant subscription to expand it. The current payment method appears under the subscription details in the My Subscriptions section. Members can select a previously saved payment method or enter new, valid payment details as required. When entering new payment method details, also enter billing details such as the relevant name and address connected to the payment method.
  • What is Standout Daycare’s cancellation policy?
    You can view our cancellation policy in our terms and conditions. Click here to view our Terms and Conditions Policy.
  • I missed my group session. Can I get a refund?
    Unfortunately, there are no refunds for missed group sessions. Members must ensure they block time to satisfy/attend their scheduled group sessions. Credits for a missed session are only available if the instructor cancels the group session.
  • I missed my individual session. Can I get a refund?
    Unfortunately, there are no refunds for missed individual session(s). Members must ensure they block time to satisfy/attend their scheduled individual sessions. Credits for a missed session are only available if the instructor cancels the individual session.
